-- Be nice to everyone! Check out PawTography [link] Those diagonal streaks are very powerful. They are like fingers that reach out and feel your vision. The colors complement each other well, though unorthodox. That doesn't mean it's bad at all! I actually like this rather unusual color and over all tone of this photograph.
And a very great composition. There is nothing that is out of place, though the tree sticking out from the left feels uncomplete. I'd have to complement you on the bottom edge. The bush and fence are placed at just the right spot on the frame. Hmm.. I think the thin white border is distracting. To my tastes, it's a full on border or nothing at all. A thin one appears like a very weak shell trying to capsulate the powerful forces of the photograph, which is just the case here. Overall, very dramatic and just the right amount of busy-ness for a great photograph. Kudos! -- Do you know how in marketing, the names of products should be short and catchy? The Ford Mustang, the Big Mac,... etc.. And then there's this: the Tamron AF 17-35mm f/2.8-4 Di LD Aspherical IF SP Thanks for the wonderful critique
I always have trouble deciding on a border and a title. Usually I just make the border 34 pixels all around -- A photograph is usually looked at - seldom looked into. |
