Those diagonal streaks are very powerful. They are like fingers that reach out and feel your vision. The colors complement each other well, though unorthodox. That doesn't mean it's bad at all! I actually like this rather unusual color and over all tone of this photograph.

And a very great composition. There is nothing that is out of place, though the tree sticking out from the left feels uncomplete. I'd have to complement you on the bottom edge. The bush and fence are placed at just the right spot on the frame.

Hmm.. I think the thin white border is distracting. To my tastes, it's a full on border or nothing at all. A thin one appears like a very weak shell trying to capsulate the powerful forces of the photograph, which is just the case here.

Overall, very dramatic and just the right amount of busy-ness for a great photograph. Kudos!

Thanks for the wonderful critique Yeah those leaves on the left are a bit out of place there, but i didn't want to crop out any of the rainbow. I had two hdr shots of this scene, one horizontal one vertical, this is a crop from the vertical one. In the horizontal shot the area on the bottom was poorly placed, i liked this better.
I always have trouble deciding on a border and a title. Usually I just make the border 34 pixels all around
